The challenge :
- From a helicopter view, you analyse and evaluate the various production processes within JORI NV.
- You detect bottlenecks and make proposals for optimisation.
- You adapt the work instructions and communicate these within the various production lines.
- Together with the R&D department, you supervise the introduction of new seatings to the production department.
- You analyse production data and formulate improvement proposals.
- You apply lean manufacturing to prevent unnecessary loss of raw materials.
- In this position, you report to the Production Manager.
The perfect match :
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sciences or equivalent through experience.
- You have knowledge of process engineering and tools such as CI, 5S, Gemba, 5Y and root cause analysis.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- You have a solid knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and BI Tools. You can easily learn a proprietary ERP package.
- You have an affinity with figures and have an analytical mindset.
- You are creative in finding solutions and optimisations.
- You communicate openly and professionally.
- You have good organisational skills and know how to make optimal use of your time.
